About a year ago, I met this guy (a bodybuilder) who had dozens of these videos: Ronnie, Jay, Markus, Muscletime, and some from bodybuilders I’d never even heard of. At one point, I asked him to look at his shelf full of muscle DVDs and tell me, if he thought, looking back on it, they were worth it. If he could trade them all in now and get the cash back that he paid for them would he?

Begrudgingly, he said yes. With the benefit of hindsight, he thought they were a waste of money and he didn’t get anything from them he could get elsewhere.

Some of these videos are on Netflix. Jay’s vidoes for example. Why buy them? Is this really the best use of your $30-$50.

Myself personally i learn shit from these videos .....................whe ther it's diet/nutrition info
or simply a new excercise to try with my Personal Training clients, (they are worth it to me)

Dropping plates off the leg press...completely unnecessary.
In all honesty, I'd love to see how "hardcore" these severe drug addicts would be without their shots and pills. Sorry, I'm unimpressed again. Looks more intense than a Cutler workout though. At the end of the day, these guys are nothing more than crazy substance abusers. However, they are the best abusers out there...props.

this kid is using the squat rack for bicep curls,Branch and crew want that particular squat rack

kid is oblivious to what's going on

Jay Moore pulls out some kind of deer hunting rifle outta his truck

i just listend to the triple h interview. and changed my mind,,at least branch is doing something. i may not like it but he wants to be the ''crazy asshole throwing weights guy'' thats fine.. its a hell of a lot better then ''no personality guy'', or "gay for pay guy"

id rather see weights being thrown around then some guy standing there going "i like grilled chicken, i like to train high volume''

nah. i don't believe it's fair.
i mean many times i've looked to download BB videos, but there's not many out on the web. then i realized just support the guys and buy the video. they're already broke! don't take more money from them.

last time i checked that's the promoter's Job. BB's don't sell the tickets/choose the venue, choose who will be on stage next to them. therefore if the show carries half the expected audience, how the hell is that the BB fault?

The reason they are suffering financially, is because there isn't enuf money in the sport. (or so they say) I guy like coleman, best in the world for 8 years....collecting 150,000? thats pathetic. i know he had other income but atleast 250,000 for being the best, at the best show.

Dude, it's not a SPORT ... it's a glorified PAGEANT filled guys that have turned their bodies into grotesque displays of steroid/gh/insulin abuse, it will NEVER become a sport, or anything other then what it is right now.. the only people interested in it are homosexuals, schmoes, and the rest of us that lift and care about our bodies.
