These people need to be approached and told what they are doing.
The criteria:
1. Doing very wrong shit like the above video
2. Weight less that 160-170 pounds and think they are "huge" with ILS.
Some people have no clue. This one guy did one set of bench presses, walked over and did some leg extensions, then 2 lat pull downs, and went on to calf raises...I was like WTF, someone needs to tell this guy how to work out. I am sure these people see me doing 4-5 sets per exercise and are like "man, why is that guy doing the same thing over and over again."
