I collected baseball cards as a kid. I started in 1979 and and collected until about 1988 or so. I have about 100,000 or so cards(A lot of full sets and unopened packs) at my moms house in her storage room, maybe I will sell them one day :D

CDs and records - A few years ago I had well over 1500 heavy metal CDs alone  :D

comic books.  I used to buy tons, stopped for about 10 years and now I only buy a few here and there.  I've got some that are worth a few hundred bucks.

I also have a huge Van Halen cd/tape/bootleg collection.

I have many thousands of baseball, football, and basketball cards, mostly baseball.  I started collecting them in 1985 and stopped around 1992 or 1993.  I wish I could sell them for what they are worth.  I think my most valuable card is Jerry Rice's rookie card.
