this is the scumbag who killed the 9 year old girl Jessica Lundsford in Florida, raped her and put her in a plastic trash bag and buried her alive in his yard , i wish Florida still had the electric chair.

i feel so bad for the dad Mark Lundsford, every time you see him on TV he looks so tired and devastated, hopefully this piece of garbage won't be on death row for 15 years appealing his sentence, i wish they'd get it over with quickly.

I'm all for Capital Punishment. And this case is exactly the reason. An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.
What threat or other reason does a 9 year old girl pose to this scumbag? Yet he kills her, and buries her 150yds from her own home?
If the guy is retarded, and/or is suffering from mental illness, WHY THE FUCK IS HE ON THE STREETS AND NOT SEEKING HELP?!?!?!

Bring back the chair, just for this douche bag. Better yet, allow him to be chained up in a courtyard, slathered in butter under the hot baking Florida sun, and allow people to slowly torture him to death.

I'm all for making THIS guy fertilizer. I don't care if hes ill. Cant risk him escaping far as I'm concerned.

But-- All ANYONE needs be is - in the WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME to be fighting a legal charge you didn't do.  This is NOT only for other people dude.  I've a good bud who spent a small fortune fighting a charge he didn't do.  Eventually, they convicted a guy that looked almost like my friend. If he didn't have the resources to hire a damn good Atty (for a long while) he could of been looking at a capital conviction.
He's a White guy from a family w/ money  bud. Chances are he'd be on Death Row if not. 
Don't think its just scumbags wrapped up in the legal system in the good old USA.

Never mind how you look at it... the Death Penalty is wrong in it's own existence.
I have to admit that on a case to case basis it is sometimes extremely hard to stay true to my believes but I have to say, even if I don't believe this guy has any right to life longer than his victim did.... the state has no right to condemn a man to death and shorten his life.

I didnt follow this case. Is there good evidence? Or do we possibly got a NUT here saying "He did it"?

I'm all for staking him to a ant hill in the sun if he did it; but the idea of the real killer hanging out at the mall bothers me.  Im not all trustY about the legal system.

I got a idea. If this guy is guilty, send  'im up here by me to the Portage cage. No death penalty up here.  But Jeffy D  didn't last all that long there before he got his brains beat out w/ a dumbell.

Now This is reminding'  me of Stark's gross eats thread.
