You are confusing meals with food items.

If that is the case, I eat 10 meals a day too.

I am not confusing ANYTHING....that is what is printed.  How can I confuse something if thats what he wrote?

Oh...and a "meal" is defined as: The food served and eaten in one sitting.

Thats fine Adam....but why must you dispute everything?  He wrote he eats 10 meals....why do you have to suddenly try and come back and try to correct everything?  You call it food items...he calls it meals.  I know I would probably call his stuff meals too.

You are nitpicking the definition of a meal. 

No, I am not Adam.  I pointed out he ate 10 meals....then you came back and said I was confusing meals for food items.  All I was repeating what he wrote about himself.  So, there is nothing to dispute.  You may call them food items...he calls them meals.  I would probably call them meals too.  As far as definition of a meal....if I have a shake...thats a meal.  If there is a time spacing between consumption of some food and some more food...that was a meal.  Plain and simple.  No nitpicking...nothing.
