what ever happened with him signing with gaspari? i've noticed that since he first announced he was going to leave muscletech and sign with gaspari muscletech is now actually using him in their ads.

He signed with Gaspari with several months left to run on his contract. He then took Muscletech to court for a release (so to officially be with Gaspari at the ASC), but ultimately lost the case to Muscletech and will appear in their ads till his contract expires.
