i figured that being from Germany that you'd have an opinion on this guy, personally i think he is the most underrated pro next to Mustafa, incredible physique.

i agree, if Mustafa comes in shape then it's easy to see him as Top 5 at the Olympia can't say the same about Rockel but the guy has an awesome build.

gh15 definitley knows about comming in 'ripped'. He also can back up everything he says on here. He is 100% credible.

I think Ronnie Rockel looks better than any current IFBB Pro (maybe apart from Toney Freeman), but he'll never win a big show. Shame really. There were some great photos of him before the Aussie Pro on the promoters website.

Yes. Believe him. If you knew who we was and seen his competition days he was a helluva competitor and was always super 'ripped' and had awesome muscularity and seperation.

exactly what a BB should look like, almost a throw back to the early 90's. Excellent physique. Him and Dave Henry are the best short guys around in the IFBB right now=priest isn't in the IFBB so don't jump on me for that one.

If GH15 is Palumbo, he's a liar. The reason the DJ theory started is because GH15 said in several posts that he placed top 10 in a recent Olympia. That narrows the available candidates considerably.

Rockel has the most pleasing asthetic physique in bodybuilding today. I would think most of you would agree, his physique is something all of us would want. Except TA.

rockel is what i wanted to be when i started training seriously as a teenager,,took me short time to learn that it doesnt get you far in the pro ranks,,its quite sad because rockel has one of the best physiqes i have seen,,his physiqe is what any bodybuilder should aspire to become,,it is not disgusting and its pleasing to the eye while still maintaining good size to compete with the best,,

then again it dont get you far in ifbb now days,,maybe someday it will again

let me correct something i said,,you can get far as a smaller bodybuilder in the ifbb,,but for that you need to look like the attached picture,,

and this is not realistic to majority of bodybuilders because that thing (dex) is out of this world when it comes to condition,,very few smaller bodybuilders can get up there and they are usually black

if it depends on me i would give dex the title mr o. if he comes 100% on,, the ifbb will regret it one of these future days if they dont,, because he is surpassing even ray in my opinion both condition wize and also size wize,,dex really really is out of this world,,you will see i was right in the future,,as much as i like jason it is simply redicoulous to award him the title over dex just because he carry more mass,,while his mass is not "sitting" on him as well as dexters

a little more back and coming 100% on and dex should and will be mr o,,that will bring everything down back to the 230-250 zone like it was back in the early 90s,,can dex push it couple more years? i dont know,,and with vic waiting at the gate,,,its hard my friends but i think he should because he got a good chance

I respect your opinion but ray looks much better thaqn dex no comparison

oh dont get me wrong,,ray is a leage of his own,,one of the best ever,,but you need to pay attention who dexter jackson compete against!!! that guy,,dex,,is the best walking bodybuilder on planet earth now days,,because at 225lb he put 275lb bodybuilders to shame,,he has call outs with beasts on a regular basis and he is not even close to their size,,yet give the impression he is only with a hell of a lot better condition

dexter jackson in the early 90s would be mr o,,and more than once
