you sure it wasn't 535
it's 495, pause it at 17 seconds and you can see it easily. there's three gray plates, one dark one, and then another light one. it's the dark one that makes the illusion of four.
It looks like 495, I played it over and over and counted 5 wheels!
Some of his other clips are really impressive, his 20 rep squats are amazing. I actually met a few Irish strongmen recently, and they weren't big either (apart from Glenn Ross who was gigantic) but still amazing strong guys.
I think it's 405.Here he is incline pressing 405 lbs:http://marunde-muscle.com/videos/6-13-05_incline.wmvI have a hard time believing he would get 495 lbs BNP.Like I stated, it's what I believe after watching a few vids on Marunde's website.The guy's a monster BTW, really good.Military presses 325*4:http://marunde-muscle.com/videos/325_4press.mpg-Hedge
Levrone incline pressed 405 for 12.this guy does 1...
Levrone is not even close to Marunde's strength.
Levrone is not even close to Marunde's FUNCTIONAL strength.
fixed
I've done that in my garage a few times, no biggie.
in bench press, squats, shoulder presses...levrone was stronger than marunde.but yes in functional strength, marunde is superior.
Both train for two completely different disciplines. Comparing apples to oranges boys. Levrone LOOKED like he could move a mountain..where Marunde would actually do so.
