most of the time its because they're too bitch to take on a human of equal intelligence or strength.

animal abuse is usually a precursor to human abuse, ie murder...  two black teenagers, 17 and 19 kill an animal, show it to neighborhood kids, and then threaten them with death if they tell anyone... yaeh, thats not a big deal or anything.

yeah theres an international pet meeting of some sort in sydney soon, they are discussing possible legislation.
