ha ha ha yup where did you live by ?? did you ever happend to train at ep?? we have a powerhouse thats run by house wifes and a planetfitness thats run by joto's we do have a gym run by former deadlifting champion scott warman but im not willing to pay 100$ a month for it

hey triplepicklelicker, I think they are right here. Some beginners have extremely poor balance (people who have never worked out) and coordiantion. Even balacning the bar, for example on the benchpress, can be a big hassle. Developing a bit of strength with machines before venturing into free weights is a great idea IMO.
hahaha, tell it to weightlifters, when i showed up at a weightlifting gym, 16 years old, buck 60 soaking wet, they had me doing cleans and snatches from day one.
