Munzer only conditioned arms nothing outstanding about them.

Craig Titus had excellent triceps, someone should post old pics of them.

Theres this indian dude im sure someone will post soon, he has without a doubt the most insane tris I have EVER seen. Can't think of his name, competes but not a pro I think.

There's no one guy, it's 10-15 who are equally great. Fox, Demayo, and a few others near the top then others like Sergio, Larry Scott, Levrone, etc. close.

Gustavo's not even in the top 20. Muntzer and Bannout had incredible striations, not quite as much size especially Bannout. Coleman & Oliva great size without great cuts. Arnold actually had good size but not great cuts.

From head to toe, that's incorrect actually.

Great great cuts and separation in the medial and lateral heads, maximized by good posing in the side shot (Coleman never posed that shot well). Average overall triceps size, exposed in overheads.

No comparison to Demayo for example, who had both - the size differential is obvious, below.
