T shirts at the gym!

Gotta love what some clowns wear! Theres all the "Cage fighter", "Submision fighter" etc T shirts. Theres some guys who wear t shirts with Mike Tyson on them but my favourite i saw yesterday some 225lb lump of fat had a t shirt on saying "No,im not on steroids, just a born monster"

I wear a plain white Hanes t-shirt to the gym. HARDCORE!  ::)

No but I did get some shit from some juiced mother fucker about me watching him hit 275 for a 6 spot and watching his face when I hit 275 for two sets of 20 for my speed day.

I had to protect my "ego nutz"...naw mean!? :D

yeah it's in my training log on here. It's for speed work. I'm finally staring at the 400lb mark again. It makes me antsy just thinking about it.

It's strange, my gf bought for my birthday new workout shirt (some real nice once from World Gym) plus a new hoody since my old white one has holes on the elbows.
But I still love to wear the two super old world gym shirts and I love my old white sweater.

The Superman shirts are a timeless classic! They are either worn by the 115lbs "cutter" or the 310lbs "gainer".
