if it's much over 18 i'll be surprised. i'm hardly shorter than him and my arms are 18.5" (not nearly that lean, but it's irrelevant for the point i'm making) and certainly aren't smaller from that angle.

my arms cold are closing in on the magical 18". i just looked at this foto. its not an unusual angle. i think its mad how much bigger the forearm looks. then again i dont do ne direct arm work at all so i know if i did bis id add almost an inch in a matter of months.

ty for inflated numbers. good for the ego

I was. His upper arms are about 17.8 and his forearm's 14.7 or just under 15

my forearms look much thicker and are only 15.5. they are not 16. and if they were it would be due to bone structure because they are not extremely muscular. big dude though at his height/weight and bf.

thanks guys.

one thing. i have a bit of size. i could easily say i bench 380 dead 600 and squat 425 and they are possible. there would be many who would believe it. likewise i could say i have over 18 inch arms and its not unfeasible.

thing is tho i dont. i never have lied. im honest about all my lifts i have a 350max bench. a 530-40dead (not anymore cos injury tho ill be back) all these are abcolute max lifts like.

ill post a few pics of forearms i dont know if they will prove it. tho if i were to lie about things id liue about the more important things. i have always had very freaky forearms. if people believe me no prob. if not ah well. i have always substandiated my claims with pics / vids. here are my pics.

also please remember i am tall. almost 6'4. a 16 inch GOOSENECKED arm will look good. tho not overwhelming

The average man has a head circumference of a little over 20". If you truly believe a person has 20" arms, compare them to his head. If they look close, they are probably 20" or so. If they are not even close, they are smaller. Simple. The arms in this pic look to be a little over 17".

i like you Goudy but there is NO WAY that your forearms are 16 inches, i had a friend who was 295 pounds at 5'11" and benched 660 in a bench shirt and his forearms were only 17.

i know people who have never trained with enormous calves. bigger than dexter jacksons. means nothing squadfather. i have good genetics for forearms. no big deal
