whats with everyone and glutamine? the product sucks and doesnt absorb at all orally. your wasting your money, its only benefit is as a digestive aid
i would go with some type of stimulant(eph or caffiene) if your looking for energy but if your looking for anabolism, pump etc the mix would be different
stims are vasoconstrictors for the most part while things like arginine etc are hemodilators so taking them together somewhat blunts there effects. however, caffeine is also somewhat of a nootrophic(not particularly) so the increased focus etc is a bonus
i would take
caffeine
argine alpha ketoglutarate
BCAA's with emphasis on leucine(20 grams perferably)
ALA
citurlline malate
and some simple carbs gatorade.
