6'7" workout partner... advice.
« on: March 20, 2007, 12:34:15 PM »
We have totally different builds.. im 5'4" 165-70lbs.... he is 6'7" 195-200lbs.  I know he needs to put on mass but he always has a hard time putting down shakes and eating enough.  How may calories should he be taking in?  What should he be eating?  Im guessing he needs to weigh around 235-250lbs to have a nice build.  He is putting in all the effort he needs in the gym to grow but im afraid some of this effort is pointless without the calories to make him grow.  It all came easy for me so its hard to relate.  Thanks for any input.
