If you follow bodybuilding you would not that Jay uses high volume trainning compare to Ronnie and Dorian that use HIT are more towards the HIT principles. Don't be Delusional Jay is not weak ....please read more before posting something with such a lack of comnom sense

jay's a fantastic bodybuilder and some of his lifts are extremely impressive, but 4 plates on the squat WITH knee wraps is kinda sad.

Exactly, some nut huggers here don't seem to get the point. Yes, he'sa great bodybuilder but doesn't compare well with the greatest. And when even most amateur bodybuilders squat heavier than he (Mr. Olympia) does.. well, it is kind of sad.

Yes, among Mr. Olympias, one of the worst records. Perhaps one of the most undeserving with Chris Dickerson

Again, not disputing this. Works extremely well for him. But for someone his size, it's pretty weak.

This isn't powerlifting. He built all his muscle with heavy trainng years ago. Getting into mid 30s he playing it safe and doesn't need to build anything just maintain and come in ripped.

Yep, not powerlifting.
I'm sure he used to be strong.
Yeah, training light is safer.

But a guy barely squatting his own bodyweight.. well, that's kind of weak.

People think if guys aren't spitting up blood, screaming, and flinging weights around they are not training hard. I'm sure Ronnie doesn't do the type of traininfg in his DVDs all the time at least if he was a smart bb. Its mainly for the fans.

He trains pretty quickly with short rest intervals - it's another way of intesity and pretty tough.

Look at Branch Warren and Ronnie Coleman: torn lats, torn triceps

Training your body is sometimes better than training your ego...

Do you even workout....because some of your statment are just crazy. Let's try again....HE IS NOT TRYING TO LIFT ANY HEAVY!!! and I DON"T THINK HE NEED ANY MORE MUSCLE ON HIS LEGS.

Look at what Kamali did to his body training all out heavy all the time. Dorian, Gaspari, etc. all ended on muscle tears.  Jay is at his limit for muscle size at his height any more would take away from his appearance. 4 plate squats doing 6-8 sets with 1 minute of rest is very intense.
