Symptoms are pretty crisp:

Looking amazing 5 weeks out pics
looking even better 3 weeks out, hell even 1 weeks out pics
The 2 above supplemented by a tank top (Milio's Koliseum stringy preffered)
Coincidently being trained by Milos and/or visiting the same establishment for x weeks out pics.
the 'athlete' looks 20 years older than he really is (Thank to Dr DK)
Comes day of the show, spilled or depleted or both
And eventually, not being friend with Milos after 3 year (thank to Dr JJ)

Discuss, in particular Flexingtonsteele who is an expert on the subject

I don't think there is a cure for Milosism?

lol j/k Silvio was good the past few shows, although his stomach is way out of control for a "tapered guy" (smaller frame) In my opinion

I saw the fit-show episode where he was doing seated cable rows...his stomach was nearly half way to his knees $:-\$
