These miserable bastards are the reason most beginners fall short on their ass half-way into their journey, which was otherwise very productive. Sure, some forget exercises or leave out the ones they dont like but eventually they get the hang of it. too late, They now start to question everything, and in search for the truth end up some obsessive lifter who takes in scoops of protein powder every 2 hours in the belief he'll become a beast. They hear about how casein is great to use before sleep because your body doesnt spare your precious muscle protein. But nothing in moderation, this guy literally thinks his 16" pipes will disappear overnight now. one day he forgets his ''1 scoop casein'' before bed and gets so stressed he might as well just jump off a bridge its so pathetic.
Ive never in my life purchased a bodybuilding magazine of any sort and im glad i did not buy into the hype, sure ive dabbled in no-explode and other expensive junk but i wont make that mistake again
