I wouldn't say you are "shredded" just really cut. Shredded is like Dexter Jackson. You'll be really "ripped" by competition time if you keep progressing. Good work

See what I love about Derek Anthony is that he's a bitch.  He claims to get so much ass mean while fat slobs take pics with hot girls all the time at expos and events...and he's no different...hes the type of fa roid head that goes to a club and walks up behind a chick wearing his extra small shirt and says. Yes i am natural...i weighed 170 there..i dont use roids...dont wanna get f'ed up...i take care of myself....still at the university at albany, but manage to train pretty hard

Finally another person on getbig who actually walks the walk and talks the talk. Others on here are just little pencil neck geeks who thinks they are bodybuilders but are nothing but wannabees who criticize every person that post a pic up but wont post a pic of themselves ;)

At least there are a few that talk the talk and walk the walk IE Adonis, Blockhead, Alexxx, Alex23, Mike Arvilla, Tomanater and a few more.....
