a gym owning in its infancy?

"A lot of times when i am working out at the gym and people stand around and have conversations.Today at the gym i was doing some heavy bench sets and 3 guys were standing next to me having a conversation.I felt like beating the shit out of them and telling them the gym is not a place to stand around and talk.anyone else have this problem?"

I was 19 and weighed 195 and benched 350 and squatted 450.Unless your a teenager i would be embarrased to mention such average stats and i also broke my back 3 years ago in a car accident.you have at least 3-5 more years ofhard training and cycling to be at my level.

broken back and still squats, I doubt it.

that was taken four months ago when I got back into 'workout mode', i was only 195...right now im much tighter and bigger at 203... If I win the Mr Getbig, I want to be over 200 lbs..

usualy the story is....."owning at the gym today"......

were he goes on to say ....that he was pulling a stupid amount of weight and some guy had a jealous look in his eye while watchin him.....and "sarcasm" looked at the guys girlfriend and she couldnt help but desire him more than her current boyfriend.....

        its all so clear that his followers are actually 14 - 16 years old and he just behaves like a kid
