Mars And Squadfather are the only ones who have authority in such decisions.

The recent events regarding the 'Squadfather' have made him redundant and we thank him for his service.

Mars is back and at no point has he ever hinted that the two clowns Heckler/TA will ever wear the SQUAD tag.
