The only one that looks fishy is the one where he is wearing the white wrestling suit and has right arm in bicep pose. the other arm looks normal though and the seated one is similar, the right arm farther from the camera looks normal. I would say no, looks like a 24inch arm on a 5ft8in man who, if was at 8% BF would have a 21inch arm. Thats reasonable for sure.
