"Monty Python and the Holy Grail" vs "The Davinci Load"

Finally saw "The Davinci Load" last night...


IMO, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" was not only better in every way (acting, suspense, drama, etc) than "The Davinci Load," it was more historically accurate. :P

I didn't like the movie but the books where captivating. A real good fiction read.

Personally I don't know why people got so worked up about the book/film.  The film was ridiculous (as was it's premise)....maybe the book was a lot better...they usually are.

I haven't seen Monty Python, but I have to agree that The Davinci Load (hahaha!) was a dud.  I had high expectations with all the hype, Tom Hanks as lead actor (he's a terrific actor), and with Opey directing.  But I was not impressed.

he had a "FINALLY ..someone gets it look on his face"

he ws downright intolerable on the drive back ...i'm not one of em "lets all discuss the movie" type >:(
