My Cycle...............

Cycle starts monday and Im not stopping till I hit 200lbs under 12%/.....If I have to eat sloppy so be it, thinking roughly 4000k......gimme some thoughts

the diet looks right and i wouldnt have the eat sloppy attitude!!! when being on you really need to wwatch what you eat< all the hormones and bad food dont go together. 
im alittle confused on your cycle as you write test twice.
lay out the cycle alitttle more with dosages and time lenght that you want to run it, and also give some stats and cycle history brotha

Before you bash me,,,,,,I know what I'm doing.....so, Im not too small. well, I am, but I have the knoweldge.   I want to compete...plain and simple and at 30 yrs old, I need this to get going...batteld an eating disorder but have been the batter....my diet will be clean m-f....s and sun will be my bonus days of no hold barred...



700cp
400 npp
and 500eq for 16 weeks

tbol for 4 weeks at 40mg

tren at the end with the cardio and low cals kicked in maybe for 6 week?

I agree. I'm 6'2, 245 and 12%, starting only my second cycle. If you go so hard on the gravy now, your body won't respond to lower doses ever again unless you take heaps of time off. So start with doses a little lower, you'll probably only be 2lbs lower at the end of the cycle. Work your way up to big doses or you'll be talking grams instead of mg's in no time.

On a brighter note, good luck, I hope you make your goals happen for you and make it on stage ;D

I think you have too many compounds for this cycle. Keep it simple - two maybe three (i.e. masteron at the end or something). There's no reason to take more then you need. Remember the law of diminishing returns.

Diminishing Returns - Phenomenon that beyond a certain point, adding additional units of resources to a production process will provide successively smaller increments of additional product. This is due to crowding, adding less experienced or less appropriate resources, and so on.

Basically Lugar it seems like you're taking the following approach - if tbol, test, & eq will put fifteen pounds on me then tbol, test, eq, deca, tren, & masteron will put 30. But that's not always the case.

when I say 20 almonds it as a way to measure he cals......it's an ounce and I've never counted them....I'm actually just into cashews....so much beter in a shake,.....chopped almonds and chopped walnuts with a few almonds tossed in...it'll be an ounce......should it be more = 18g of fat........thats a lot!

I'm not trying to be negative. Just pragmatic, that's all. I simply stated that I think you're taking too much. Lugar believe it or not I want to help you. I don't want to see you mess yourself up. I also don't see the point in taking more then you need. Test alone will put weight on you & you could probably keep over half of it. I just don't see the point of taking four or five compounds at a time (especially at your level).

Almonds are a great snack (fiber, good fats, & a little protein).

you dont need all that crap.  i never like finishing with tren.  the crash no matter what your pct is will be hard.   tren is a very very potent AAS.  if u must run tren. run it in the beg.  you might even want to hold off on the tbol.  just some ideas.  test/tren/eq/tbol = enough gear for 2 cycles if you ask me
