i got a new camera this weekend




5'8"  211 lb   if i had to give a rough guess, id say around 16%


that is me, today, at the UAB student gym, in birmingham AL

im natural, my hair is thinning a bit, its hereditary (im 24)
 but in all seriousness, who really cares..........just see lots of claims about how much people can bench
thought i might start a trend with posting stuff in RL,

my heaviest body weight was 235,,,best bench was 365x7

i am no where near that now

but anyways

im actually a bit stronger at those than i am at bench,,,,,relatively speaking i would say

id like to at least try to match anything adonis posts a video of

has he posted a video of anything

i dont troll these boards as much as i should.......

damn solid lift, man. ass came up off the bench somewhat, but that's pretty minor considering.

throw your legs under your hips more, or do the opposite and put them out further. find a spot to put your feet where you can't lift your ass up no matter how hard you try (as long as your feet stay still).

of course, you got me by 40 pounds on the bench, so who the hell am i to tell you what to do?  ;D

40 pounds on bench, 50 pounds lighter and 2 years younger. Safe to say this guy completely blows you out of the water despite all that brutal powerlifting you've been doing.  ;)

you may be right

i have strained my pec a couple of times before...........i am very careful about warming up properly when i bench heavy

start with rotator cuff motions with a 5lb etc,,,,,


secondly ill say

that lift is a once a year thing at most

the only reason i did that was to have it on tape

i usually just rep with 335 or so
but you can never be too careful, thanks for the advice

Nice job Blazer, great lift!  Don't even bother with Adonis.  He'll say he's going to post a video and when someone asks when he'll post it, he gives a response of "soon".  I think he's too busy dealing with his anorexia problem.  All that aside, keep it up.
