All the young guys on here need to read and understand THIS principle....
If I take an office worker and give him a job in my gym reracking weights for a month...at the end of that month he WILL be in better shape....does that mean reracking weights is "Insidescoop principle #1"? No....it means that he was doing nothing, and the new activity caused an adaptive response....the same could be said for digging ditches......youll get an inactive person into much better shape, but digging ditches wont lead to an Olympia win.
Most of these idiot trainers start after being two or three years into their own routines...you COULD start out with 50 sets abodypart, double negative emphasis supersetting, and make some progress...does that mean that you are onto some secret? no, it means instead of doing nothing, you are finally doing SOMETHING. But to improve significantly, you will have to get smarter about both nutrition and training in the long run.....drugs or no drugs.
it still falls back to the same rules that Arnold to Dorian to Ron Coleman....(yes, even jay) follows....basic exercises, tons of food....there is NO MAGIC COMBINATION OF SETS,REPS AND EXERCISES
these TA Principles......how freakin dumb......and let me guess...hes been training for like 3-4 years, and in 3-4 years he'll still look the same....just like the idiot digging ditches
Oh, and drugs enhance (sometimes greatly) what you are doing, but the key word is ENHANCE.....have fucked up training and nutrition, and you will enhance nothing...thats why there are so many idiots in gyms loaded up on sauce, who barely look like they train as they stumble from leg press to leg extension mumbling about the secret drug Jay is taking.......
