Last summer Luke Wood , Hidetada Yamagishi and me were invited to guest-pose in Osaka ,Japan .
My friend's contest is "２００６　第35回アメリカンヘルスボディビルコンテスト".

Luke Wood did guest-posing in Osaka ,Japan two consecutive years (2005,2006).
He is one of most favorite pro bodybuilders in Japan!!!

Here are some pics taken last summer.
(as a veteran amateur bodybuilder,I am 54 years old.I hope I can go to Japan with my wife for guest-posing this summer again. )

Isn't it totally ridiculous they call this shit "American Health Bodybuilding Contest"??

"American Health" must be an euphemism for "Steroid induced muscle growth" since not one american did even show up.

musclecenter, how many people show up to a contest like this??

My friend very pro-America.Ha Ha......

He always invite American pro bodybuilders to guest-poising in his contest.
And this is very local contest,most competitors are working out in his gym(Americans included,see the pic )

Totally 30-50 competitors and 500-600 of audiences.

Yes,I went to Japan with my wife.

Luke you should be a professional guest poser, you always look great in the offseason with the little bit of extra weight you carry. Other look like crap in the offseason with the extra weight but for you it's the opposite, I think you look much better especially with your size and freaky parts. Your kinda like this ages Mike Matterozzo.

Why is everyone so big on hidetada? He's got a bloated waist (and yes during the contest too) without being huge (for a pro).

Luke looks good there as does musclecenter - very good for 50+ yrs old!

You should try to do as much guest posing you can especially in america and get your name out there. Imagine all the exposure you could get. You could be like the most known unknown in BBing. Not to be rude but I don't see you winning the Olympia but with your personality you could be just as well known and like I said a fan favorite. I personally don't prefer your look but I think your such a down to earth guy that I can't help but like you as a BBer. Don't get me wrong though your huge and have a freaky look (in a good way) similar to Marcus Ruhl who I am also a fan of despite the fact I don't prefer his look.
