Typically the cops break the total drug cache down into the smallest possible unit the drug is ever sold at, then apply the highest price per unit ever seen in an area to arrive at a ridiculous value. Totally, I once saw a story in the paper about a guy getting caught with an 8 ball of coke and how the estimated street value was $2,600 ROFL!!!!!

People drive stoned all the time as it is. Secondly, obviously if it were to be legalized it would be controlled much like alcohol is and you could get a DUI while driving stoned, just like you can now. If I got stoned, got in my car with no weed on me, got pulled over and the cop realized I was stoned, I could get a DUI. So that argument is invalid completely.

I would say so, I know 2 guys I went to high school with that used to do massive amounts of lsd/acid and they are both clinically certified retarded right now, working minimum wage jobs, one is at walmart the other at a mcdonald's, I remember hearing (back in high school) how one of them did 200 hits of acid one summer, after that summer the guy was never the same.

First off, no one has ever died from marijuana. There have been numerous deaths attributed to those drugs you listed, none of which are related to marijuana in any way.
