just depressing tolose your abs when youve had em and this deisease for 5 years.........My face looks fuller......the only thing is I'm REALLY not eating that much, it's 100% clean, and my strength is weel, weak but improving......it would be a whole different story if
#1 I was eating swhit..........all day fast food, pizza etc.........
#2 my strength was going through the roof
The only good thing is I'm doing NO cardio and till holding on to a faded 4 pack.......plus I eat really late, my bars, and snacks, which I could do if I was cutting....but really, the scale is moving, and I'm only getting in 4 good meals...........tell, me....looking at what Ive eaten every day since we first spoke, should the scale really be soaring???
