Photoshopped.  He's arms were not quite that big.  Ivan Putski, WWWF wrestler from the 70's.  He's about 5'7".

Yes photo-shopped. Ivan Putski used to come to Rochester in the mid seventies and train at the local gym. I saw him train several times. He was big but not as big as those photo’s portray.
