Isn't it wonderful how easy it is to just click that little "X" in the top right of the screen if you don't want to listen?  But, lets be honest, you can't wait to listen to the show so that you can offer up your great wisdom on the merrits of the subjects we discuss.  And without your witty insights, how would we ever improve our show?

no need to get personal. dave is a cool dude -i used to train at bevs.. i just dont agree with md's philosophy thats putting a bad name on a sport thats got enough of a bad image already
