i can't see why he should. that would be more for muscle work than fat loss, and until we get some better pictures it's hard to say what he'd need to work on in that regard.

me, i do everything twice a week, but then my routine's a lot different in general.

I was moving this AM and it was eat BK or don't eat, so I did.  Got a double sausage/egg croissant.  Was a greasy thing, but definitely blew away most fast food breakfasts in terms of protein.  double egg, doubls sausage.

mmmmmm....  last spring i lived on those.  Now it's maybe one a month.  It's so much work to put baby in the carseat and drive there, I typically have 2 eggo waffles with applesauce and a handful of hardboiled eggs for breakfast each day.

That's the best sandwich on the Menu, sucks that I have to limit it to once a week.  But when I hit it up, it's that combo meal plus three Sausage burritos.  Allright....well I'm hungry as f.uck now.
