if u want to be a gd officer, go read ur law books, practice with your guns, and train in martial arts and train in running and lift weights only on compound exercise these are the real useful things to do

Lots of cops sauce hard at my gym. They usually train in the middle of the night after their shifts are over. They gym is 24 hrs so it suits them. Funny though....they'll pull a kid over for having a little weed on him/her giving them a hard time, but they'll stick AAS in their systems.

My brother is a Highway Patrolman in Ca.  He is very well known because of his size and his accomplishments.  He got into the academy at 6'6" 330 lbs.  Because of his college degrees, letters of recommendations and other shit they allowed him to enter the academy at that size if he could do the obstacle course.  And he did it with flying colors.  If you are a cop in California you will probably know my brother.  He won some award in 1996 or so for being a great cop or something.  I think he went and met with the president who gave him the award.  I don't really know much about it.  Last time I saw him was at this wedding where there were 200 cops.  All they did all day and night was tell me stories about him.  But he never took roids and never needed them.  He was taller and bigger than everyone his whole life.  Even in high back then because of his size he had to play JV as a freshman.

If you saw the cops here you would think at least 50% of them are on roids.  When the OJ trial was announced they had all the biggest and baddest cops in Hawaii walking the streets of Waikiki.  I went down there and I swear NO ONE was going to start any shit that day.  I swear EVERY cop was just huge.  And you should see the prison guards here.  Just enormous.  I know allot of them since they all trained at The Gym or Gold's.  There are probably more big motherfuckers here per capita than anywhere else in the country.  And I know that their is the strongest guys here compared to any gyms I have been to around the world in one place.  Seeing guys bench 405 or 495 for reps here is an everyday occurance.  Usually when you are at a gym when guys are doing this kind of weight the majority of the gym is watching.  Here people barely notice until 600 is on the bar or guys are repping with 500.  Strong dudes here.

you made a good point. If there are cops on steroids, it's a small portion of them. Shit, most of them are obese to begin with. If you take away the Gun and the club, most cops will get the shit beat ouf of them on the streets

You know what is funny that my brother was very gentle.  The reason he did not go pro in football was because he was to nice.  He had 40+ letters from colleges offering him scholarships. He was just so huge.  But didn't have the killer attitude.  Then he became a cop and it all turned around.  He became an asshole while on duty.  I always said to him that if he had that attitude he would have been All-Pro in football.
