its sad what jay has done to himself, he actually use to be a handsome looking fellow, now his face is ruined for life, and his body is not far behind.  there is a pic of jay, dillet, melvin anthony, cormier, and someone esle training and jay doesnt even look close to the guy he was, he use to have a nice physique, must have been back in 97.

In 20 years???That would put him in his 50s....Many people in their late 40s and 50s die everday who aren't bodybuilders...

i mean comon you cant walk around at 7% dry as fuck with out some giggles al year round and keep this size or improve,,you just cant,,,you need either water or fat and water,,in jason case and also ron case what you see is 99% extra water weight that will go down in no time,,there is barely fat right now on those bodies,,its quite impressive

Agreed.  Everyone is going to die some day, but to think of dying because you wanted to be "jacked", leaves someone to wonder the depth of that person.
Granted you probably need to take enormous amounts of drugs to kill yourself before 50, but everyone reacts different, so you may reach 70 and be fine.  Regardless of that, gaining weight on drugs is no accomplishment.  Competing in something which requires no talent, doesn't mean much to me either.  That's why I post on getbig.com...haha

His badass left/right quad imbalance is as noticeable as ever, that left quad of his is like a photoshopped monster quad whilst the other one looks more normal i.e. a bunch smaller. Guy looks great though.

I just hope Ronnie's contest prep works the magic it has done the last 8 out of 9 times. At least this time Ron started big and has more muscle to play with. La(s)t year he had to go from 280 to 300 AND left a massive gap before starting training and got pretty fat. He should be back into it now and ready to be large and in charge for the O. I know it's not all about size but Jay is very big and wide these days and Coleman is struggling not to look narrow next to him. The lat/tricep may decide all again however...
