I've tried the VP-2 and Multi-Pro.  Anyone try anything else like the Beta-X or Myo-D???

i use their creatine, it's pretty good, never had any problems with it.

vp2 creatine hsc and glutamine = perfect post workout shake! AST products are the best out there IMO. Sometimes I use other brands, but AST is great quality for a really reasonable price. You can get hsc for $20.00 on line.

AST used to be overpriced.

Today, it's more reasonably priced.

The quality is good IMO.
