I thought he was qualified from last years 4th place in the _____, I can't think of the show. Perhaps I'm wrong.

I could have sworn it was the Long Island - Guido invitational where he won best arms and the overall.  ;D

Bob - who certainly knows more than you or I on the subject - has said that Kamali is not qualified and that Levrone would most likely get a free invite.

I talked to King a little at the Arnold.  My advice was simple:

Go back to your 2001 form.

Period.  Nothing more than that.  If he can replicate his 2001 form, he will qualify for the Olympia as long as he continues to compete...

No Kamali was qualified for LAST YEARS MR O NOT THIS YEARS.  He still has to try to qualify for this years.

He claims 5'9 and 1/2, and I would say he is that tall at best.  Looked to me more like 5'8 and 1/2, but there is not much difference between the two, so he is somewhere in that range for sure.  I wouldn't call him short.
