yep kev was around 190-200lbs in that pic..he was onstage at 240lbs

Yep. He's got great lines and standout bodyparts that make him look incredible in his signature poses, but he's nowhere near as thick or freaky as the likes of Jay and Ronnie and even the great Dorian Yates.

People always get carried away when they see someone's potential, but a potentiality is seldom actuality. You get what you put in and that's why even guys with amazing genetics like KLo or Flex Wheeler never became Mr O - cause they didn't put in the amount of (productive) effort and dedication that's needed to win that title. Guys like Shawn on the other hand prove that hard work and great genetics alone won't cut it either. You need to have the right genetics, the attitude, the mental capacity, the dedication and the work ethics to win the Mr O
