Vince CSN MFT, where is the free e-book you promised on your site titled "Goodrum's Guide to Great Calves. You promised it would be out by mid-November. I have really been looking forward to it.

This book will outline the training methods I used to develop my trademark calves and will be a valuable asset to anyone who has struggled for years to develop them.

This book will be available in Mid-November. No pre-order is nessesary and will be available in our online store.

Jeez Vince you mislead people that go on your site. I thought you were an honest businessman. Your calves aren't trademarked. You are known for your whole body. The whole thing looks like shit. You selling any kind of advice to the contrary is misleading and could be construed as illegal. Why are their NO pics of you anywhere on your site. Of at least your so-called trademarked calves. Give me a number and contact of someone you sold too and let show them who they are buying their shit from.

Why promise a free e-book then? Your fans, like myself, are trying to look for the book of training calves on your site. Perhaps it would be a good idea to update the November entry to let us fans know that you are working on a complete book.

Will the complete book be free as well?

Look at his physique, then look at his calves. Entirely due to good calve genetics. Lee Priest doesn't train forearms, and Vince G doesn't train.

To be fair, Melvin didn't say which November that book would be published. On the Goodrum scale I suppose he does have trademark calves. Of course the scale he applies to himself is not as critical as the scale he applies to champion bodybuilders.
