in the past 1 yr i have
1) let anyone in uniform ahead in line
2) offered to pay someone in uniform's tab at my bar..they respectfully declined and settled for a round
3) a couple of times i ws ahead of someone in uniform travelling the dulles toll road and i paid their toll for em...no biggie..but its makes ya smile..

In the last few months I have had an old lady thank me at the gas pumps, someone offer to buy my lunch, and some guy get out of his chair in the middle of his haircut so I could sit down. It makes me want to fight that much harder for everyone, and all though I appreciate it everytime, I haven't done anything but my job. But thanks to you PF on behalf of the others you have honored
