I like Carlson's Cod Liver Oil ( Lemon/Lime Flavor)
Krill Oil is great too but expensive.

NOW brand is very economical.  So is the stuff from Sam's Club.

Twin Lab has a good EFA ,all 3 omegas 3,6,9 in a gel cap.  3 a day with a meal.

NOW brand is very economical.  So is the stuff from Sam's Club.

I like their products (NOW) 2 (great raw almonds) for the most part and they are a local company.  Good quality.

Costco Kirkland is the cheapest and has the highest level of DHA which is the ingredient you really want in fish oil.  Cheap as well for a shit load of pills.

Still Costo Kirkland brand has both and for the price is probably one of the best you can get.
