A repressed memory surfaces for Tony thru his sessions with Melfi ~ something major with Junior like Uncle June molested Tony as a kid (and Livia knew about it) or Livia and Junior had an affair or something - otherwise why would Livia and Junior conspired to have Tony killed when they found out he was seeing a shrink
