ok heres my next cycle, i have 3 under my belt allready.

500mg test cyp  12 weeks
300 mg Eq weeks 1-10
50mg winny ed week 9-12
nolva for pct.

stats are 5'10, 200 lbs, 10-12% bf. any suggestions?

I would rather see you run the EQ to the end. 16 weeks long I would also say.  I would run the winny longer too, but then I always say that

I agree.  16 week cycles.  No need to stop the EQ until the end.  I prefer to run deca with winny but that's just me.

well the thing is i only have 1 bottle of eq and i was wondering if i should start in the beginning with it or start it late, and run it to the end?

IMO - it doesn't matter when you start the EQ.
