There seems to be a trend here with Dorian, Ronnie and now Jay with regards to work ethic.  That's why I don't get it when these other "lazy" pros like Flex and Kevin complain about not ever winning the O

i think its due to  his crazy heavy workouts with questionable form at best. Branch has alot of  muscle tears in the past... he probably has bad joints as well. hes 5'6-5'7 and  270 offseason. which is a lot on a small fame..
