The intricities will be explained in due time.

The basis of the "guidelines" are as follows:
VERY low protein
supplement with Keto Acids
EXTREMELY high monosaccharide/disaccharide intake
as much fat as there happens to be in the foods you enjoy.

The extreme insulin release causes a state of extreme anti-catabolism.  Muscle breakdown is physiologically impossible when insulin is present, and with our extreme levels of insulin, there are very few insulin receptors untouched.

With catabolism effectively cut off on all levels, ANY protein consumed will used to synthesise new protein, assuming a stimulus for growth is present.

We eat no protein on purpose, and the keto acids we consume will cover the lack of essential amino acids we will consume.

Protein is at roughly 10-20g per day, which will create a growth potential of up to 600g per month.

600g of brand new muscle growth, each and every month, even when getting leaner.

Interesting.

Seems like we now have a battle between the DOISON principles and the Abeles principles.

Always good to see a new guy on the block.

My goal is to have 30 inch arms at 3.5% bodyfat year round natural.  I want to be able to walk 10 miles on my hands per day without breaking a sweat.  I know when I appy these principles all of this will happen.

Thank you for the support.
Many scoff at the genius of one.

You will be handily rewarded by following these guidelines.

I set new PR's in every lift last night...
My meal plan for the day?
4 2-liters of mountain dew, Arby's curly fries at 3 different times during the day, and keto acids with each curly fry meal.

All will be astounded when my photos at 2% bodyfat are posted.

Unique, and backed 100% by scientific literature.

No peer-reviewed medical journal promotes high protein diets for increases in muscle mass.

What people fail to realize is that ANTI-CATABOLISM is MORE IMPORTANT than anabolism!
With my diet, a diffuse anti-catabolic environment is created on every cell that has an insulin receptor.

This means that it is IMPOSSIBLE to lose muscle while on my diet.
And ANY protein ingested will be used entirely for synthesis of new muscle tissue!

It's SO SIMPLE!

I have been following these principles for the last 10 weeks, and am bigger and leaner than I have ever been.

I eat what I want all day, and improve at the quickest rate possible.

It's so simple!

Hey there Adonis

While "Adonis" may be an appropriate title for the physique I have created over the past 2.5 months.
But, I assure you I am not Adam.
