i guess one's have to eat a whole bottle of this creatine chewing gum crap to get 10 grams of it, and only 2 grams will be metabolized Monster worthless ineficient supplements. Why eat that useless crap wen u can get tons of cheap and highly effective creatine monohydrate in jugs from most brands... funny to see some idiots jump in the bandwagon like if it was actually a great deal , shows how some people really have no clue about bbing and nutrition on here. |
