So i'm at the gym just finished banging out my sets (with pink dumbbells of course right Milos), and it's 5 min's before closing. Then in comes this 5'7 roughly 155lbs dude, storming into the gym. He warmed up by taking off his sweater and started lifting weights.
Now the broad behind the counter looked at me as if the guy is on crack or using something.
I have never ever seen anything like this for the past couple of years that i've been lifting. Is this something new that weightlifters should be considering doing for maximum muscle mass with 5 min' workouts?
