A question for Squadfather
« on: April 07, 2007, 07:56:21 AM »
in the Milos thread, he says you're about 16 weeks out from competing on stage.

Let's say you can do the first 8 weeks by yourself, cleaning up diet, sorting out your workouts, what not, and won't do the last week of prep because you're not competing.  That leaves you with 7 weeks of dialing it in.  Not to bash you, but i don't think you've ever been at 1 week out level in your life.  Would you pay Milos 500/hr if he guarantees he'll get you there?  Let's say 7 weeks x 3 hours x 500/hr  = $10,500?  Would you pay that much for that knowledge of how to get there?

hahahahaha believe it or not i had pretty low bf levels and very deliniated abs in my early 20's but i hadn't touched a thing juice wise yet, my workouts are very intense believe me but i couldn't afford Milos so it's a moot point, if i could afford him i'd hire him.

are you gonna start saucing up?  you should start one of those training logs down stairs.  it's a big gay party on that page.

yes it is, my sets on the big compound lifts are taken to the point where it feels like my head will explode around the 6th or 7th rep, the db and machine movements are usually 10-12 reps.

the crazy thing is that i was leaner before i'd ever taken anything gear wise, my mistake is that i never took any Nolva or Arimidex with any of my cycles and i always came off eveything cold turkey, no PCT.

i train like that all the time and i never feel overtrained, i make sure to eat correctly and sleep, i also have a pretty stress free life, i think the thing that helps is that i absolutely love to train, i know it sounds corny but i'm like a little kid in my enthusiasm.

Dude everybody's talking about not being able to hire Milos, how much does this guy charge dude?? I know great personal trainers charge anywhere from $50/hr - $150hr which includes everything else towards your results.

Now does this "guru" Milos charge $500/hr like an E.R M.D or a top notch attorney ??

Well i don't smile & laugh hysterically in the gym but i do see what you're saying. You gotta stay in a state of mind of being positive even if you have to walk around with a smile on your face to trigger the mind away from the tiredness, pain and "day dreaming" in between sets, exercises, etc.

epic folding up sleeve and wearing loose shirt to hide 45inch waist without a vein in entire body

why did u post it? what point u trying to proof? even if the guy in the shirtless pic wasnt u, u are still 25%-30% bf in this pic

why dont you post a shirtless pic with u holding today's newspaper if you want to proof it wasnt u, simple since u obviously have a camera. but of course u look terrible thats why u dont want to  :'(

bcus training is hard work and physically tiring so they look tired. unlike guys like you that go to gyms to own 'tiny tits'

if u actually stopped ur delusions and train maybe u can get 14inch arms ripped next year end, not bad considering the shape u are in now.  ::)
