i've used more cycles than most of these 20 year old pimple faced newbies can dream of, just because you're clean now doesn't mean you've never used any, hahahaha, every guy who takes some gear thinks he's the king of the universe and that they're the only guy who juices and trains. Roll Eyes

lol, I wouldnt really consider that to be massive. But, yeah, after a few cycles I am up to 237 lbs .... Im not really to concrnedwith weight though, mainly strenth and appearance..... would you like me to stick my penis in your mouth, squad-homo?

There is no way you put on 47 lbs of lean muscle in one year, you must be fat as fuck.

nah bro, i was 190 after coming off an injury and having not trained for about 8 months. i was depressed because I essentially lost everything, so I wanted to do a cycle. My natural barrier was at around 217, so alot of that muscle came back fast,  and i have ran two cycles this year

typically with a good cycle, dieting, and hard training, you can put on 25 pounds easily. Multiply 25 times two and you get 50 pounds IN ONE YEAR ... subtract 13 pounds for post cycle losses, and you are at what? 237 ...... do the math boys, its not that complicated    Roll Eyes

you would have to be in the gym every waken hour.So if you dont work or have a life then you would be able to put on that much mass of muscle in a year.

Usually when people say they put on 25 lbs while on cycle, it turns out to be mostly fat and water. The fat and water lubricates their joints so they can  lift more and they think it was all muscle. No pro has ever put on more than 10 lbs of muscle in a year, as far as I know and they do everything possible to put it on.

I'm not calling you a liar, I am just saying that you are either mistaken about your gains, you are very unusual or I've been incredibly misinformed.

You're right, a lot of the gains people make on a cycle can be attributed to bloat, and of course that dreaded nemesis FAT. However, I believe you are wrong in saying that no pro has ever gained more then 10lbs of muscle in 1yr. You see it every year, where some guy comes in over 10-15lbs heavier then he did the year before. Difficult? Yes. Imposable? No.

you have to add in the injury and muscle memory factor.... remember that my pre-injury natural point was around 220.... so when youaccount for that, after 2 cycles, I have really gained 17 pounds to bring it to 237.... thats not that hard.

Well that may not be beginner doses but they are fine for someone with a few cycles under their belt.

Guys i dun mean to sound like Mr nice guy and shit...but i seriously think we need to work togather in this sport and STOP abusing and shouting insults at each other. Telling about how big u are is not gonna bring anyone anywhere....Everyone has different goals....a guy competing in a lightweight category has goals different from a guy competing in a heavyweight category, the question is why can't we all work togather?...I'm not sayin we should shower in the same toilet....but we all share the same passion and love for the sport...so why can't we help oneanother? Today we could be squating 500lbs and getting our ego thru the roof and proving to everyone that "i'm the man"...and oneday u found out that u have injured ur back or quads and u can bearly squad 220lbs...its a big blow to the ego, but thats life and reality. I just know that anyone who has taken up bodybuilding is a champion already...weather they are on gear or not....or they do compete or do not compete...becos ppl have different piorities. I just believe that everyone in this forum has the passion and love for bodybuilding, I just hope to see that we all can help eachother like back in the day. I mean what secrets are there in training??...a Bench press done during Arnold's time is still a bench press today and a deadlift is a deadlift....I hope its something we can ponder upon guys..and stop insulting eachother....It not that bodybuilding has a very reputable name with the general public. Squadfather exposed was funny, but Berzerkfury exposed was even funnier.  He hasnt logged on this site since the end of march.  Squadfather doesnt look that good, but you can tell he has lifted weights before.  Berzerkfury was about 5'10 140, and talked the same amount of shit.
