I have yet to see a natural of any sort look as good as Bob Paris, but I really think that his physique is attainable without the use of steroids. Maybe it's just wishful thinking.

He was 6' 220 LBS. BTW.

Excuse me, but Bob didn't have a small physique and that 220 pounds was him at his lightest. I have a 1984 Muscle and Fitness magazine where he is 248 pounds and looking huge.

I would not call a guy like Bob big. He is built but not so much so that people can differentiate him from a swimmer.

Here are some recent pictures of Bob Paris from last year. Obviously he's not obsessed like some other bodybuilding greats and put down the juice for good. He left the past in the past

On a side note, he still dwarves about 90% of the folks around here

mad respect for Bob Paris. he was way ahead of his time. its all releative to the era. just look at Arnold. does he compare to flex wheeler or jay cutler?

And while he was definitely heavier at his biggest, remember that 220 lbs 2% bodyfat (contest shape) is VERY different from 220 lbs 10% bodyfat. That's 215 lbs of lean weight versus 198. That's a HUGE muscle difference. 17 lbs of muscle is a LOT.

The absolute very best Bob Paris ever looked was approx 1/2 hour before the prejuding at the 1984 Nationals, when he was walking out of the backstage mens restroom. No joke. The photo was @ World's Venice for years. An 8 X 10 above the entry. Keith.... you remember that B&W shot?

WE criticize the BIG bodybuilders for having no symmetry and then call a 220lber with GREAT symmetry and aesthetics small. Huh? Bob was not small and his physique COULD NOT be attained without drugs but you're welcome to give it a try. By the by, I don't think ANYBODY would embarrassed to built like B.P
