hey guys im the 20 year old in the video .... i see alot of guys impreesssed from what i did and encouraging me and i also see alot of ppl talking shit.... Im not doing these reps perfect form(quick touch n goes)... Then again i dont know who pauses 10 rep sets....When i do pauses i do singles.... And I have paused 500 pounds and benched it easy before.... Im going to compete raw soon wanna bench lows 500's ... I have done an ugly 540 touch n go after 435 for 8 .. front delts were thrashed also when i did this...And the flat back comment... I try my best to arch becuz i compete in powerlifting and i take the best possible set up to lift the most weight possible..I could take a narrower grip and go flat back and hit 500 still...yes ! but for what for all the 135 pound flat back internet warrior benchers? Im not trying to plz everyone..... I lift for myself and I like what i do... I really enjoy it... All the negativety is pointless by some of you bitter ppl....There are much more important things in life other than bashing some one for no reason....constructive critisism is fine but sitting there and talkin crap doesnt do anything for anyone.... I mean damn im going raw! Im drug free!!! thats dumb i wouldnt even know how to take roids....Anyone i can positively influence or help respond to my post and ask questions... maybe you can help me and ill try my best to help you.... I also have a squat video


Great work mate, those are some awesome lifts. I too am 20 and I thought I was doing pretty good in the bench department until I saw this LOL. You got a great future ahead of you keep it up mate. Ignore the haters, most are probably juicers who couldnt come within 100lbs of that weight after a handful of cycles.

JEREMY HINES HOW THA FUCS YOU BENCH AND SWAQUT all that weight when you just a kid wif jelly rolls. i dont get it man, something is majorly fishy. you benched 500-540? hell im way bigger than you and natural and bench 315 for a perfect one rep. so you should be 35% bigger than me? and what you squat 600? i could maybe do 315 couple reps all the way down sexy man form.

It's hard.

But it's light training, endurance, not maximum effort or dynamic, explosive.

I've said it before, and I could say it again: You should try train for strength. You got awesome build, and could probably do really well in strongman comps in a few years.

But you need to have right mentality for it too.

dude u are not way bigger than me....daddywaddy or whoever you are, ur in great shape and cut up with decent sizes makes u appear bigger thann you actually are on close up pictures....and im not full of jelly rolls.... what a retarded statement... im not in bodybuilder shape... i could be easily if that was my goal but im more into lifting heavy ass weight instead of having a little cut up beach body.... ur so big ? u bench 315? thats great and all but i benched 315 the first time when i weighed like 170 something at 16 years old.... not trying to prove im better than you its just not a monster bench..... my little brother and cousin both benched 315 at 15 years old at a similiar bodyweight of mine...strength isnt measure by whose muscles have more shape and cuts... or who looks bigger....the bigger strong guy who trains heavy will outlift a bodybuilding guy anyday....oh yeah ive benched 315 for over 25 reps tounch n go! by the way u cant even understand how big i am by looking at my video ... if i post some up close pics ppl will be like damn ur big... i have over 19 inch arms flexed and chest/back measurement of over 50

saturday ... wide grip bench day index covering line
ex. workout
135 for 20
225 for 10
315 for 10
405 for 5
500 for 3 sets of 1
narrow grip drop set
315 for 15 reps

olympic curl bar curls with 105-155 pounds
5 sets ranging from 10-20 reps perset (never go really really heavy on biceps)

light triceps... light tricep extensions(my own form kinda like a half face press mixed with a half extension)
5 sets of 20-40 reps wieghts the same as curls

side delt raises/rear delt raises light (30 pounders)
5 sets of 20-25 reps

sunday squat day
belt only 135 for 5
225 for 5
315 for 5
405 for 3
495 for 3
545 for 2
585 for 2 (with wraps)
then 5 light sets of leg ext. and just starting to do calves
5 sets of crunches

5 sets of barbell rows
135 for 20
225 for 20
315 for 20
365 for 10
315 for 15-20

tuesday semi narrow grip bench (pinky on line)
135 for 20
225 for 10
315 for 10
405 for 5-8 ( like to try for 10 reps with this grip soon)
455 for 2 or 500 for 1 (optional)

then i do the same arm stuff as i  do on the other bench day and side delts / rear delts

ahh easy day wednesday back and leg assistance work
barbell rows similiar to the 5 sets i do the other day
pulldown machine 5 sets
leg presses 5 sets
leg curls/leg ext. 5 sets
calves and abs 5 sets

gym prs

225 for 55 non lockout reps on the bench illegal wide grip
225 for 50 non lockout reps regular wide grip
315 for 25
405 for 12 ( on a few different occasions)
475 , 495, and 500 for a paused single
540 all out touch n go
500 for a touch n go double (triple it soon)
435 for 8 touch n go

squat 500 for 7 reps wraps and belt

19inch arms aye? They sure dont look it in that video clip but you are over 6'2 so perhaps maybe a shade under.
i will absolutely gaurantee you his arms are 19 easy, the kid pushed 405 for 10 strict reps, i've seen small armed guys bench big numbers but not for reps and not with that ease, the kid weighs at least 260 pounds, i believe that arm measurement.

trust me man its much better to be healthier and ripped with no excess weight than to carry all that fat. im strong but not on the bench or squats ive curled 225 pounds and can run a 5:40 mile

little daddy waddy had a meltdown here for sure. This 20 year old kid can outlift my ass anyday of the week! I have repped 315 for 12 and then some on my good days but have not ever slammed the heavy #'s that this kid is doing.
   Prop's to a kid who has natural talent and ability to do so juice free. Good for you, I only hope you are careful with your joints, you are too young and full of cum to think you may have that problem but trust me, mind your form. Your shoulders could be hurt. Even though you can outlift most here this does not mean others here cannot offer you some wise words of wisdom.
   Play it safe but work hard non the less and you could be a world class strongman and make a living at it!!

u act like im sickly obese...kinda pissing me off like i have absolutely no muscle... im around 17-18 percent bodyfat at the most.... yes that is sum access body fat but damn at 6'2 up 250's thats not to bad for a powerlifter....be more ripped have better cardio than me if that makes you happy.... what im doing makes me happy so you constantly downing it doesnt affect me.... what does affect me is how ignorant you are to understand i like what i do and who i am..... u act like life isnt worth living if you arent under 10 percent bodyfat and cant run a 6 minute mile.....??????????u should have never posted on this topic, you had nothing positive to say... if you are really worried about ppl not being fat and outt a shape maybe you should train ppl... but one thing of advice if you do ... if you train some one outta shape telling them how terrible they are and how fat, ugly and unhealthy wont motivate them to do any better... does it make u feel better to talk shit about ppl who u are in better shape than... im just interested in what ur motives are and why the hell from what ive read u have such a negative look on life? its like u just want everyone to know they are shit and your not.... i could go on and on about it becuz i simply dont understand why you are this way.... but ill stop here!
